Processing Time
All artworks at Phoenix Arts by Richard are original, handmade pieces that are carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and packaging. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across India via standard courier services. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.
Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1,500. For orders below ₹1,500, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries including the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Singapore, Japan, and more. Estimated international delivery time is 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance timelines.
Please note: We currently do not ship to countries not listed in our shipping zones. If your country is not covered, please contact us at care@phoenixartsbr.com and we'll do our best to assist.
Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Phoenix Arts by Richard is not liable for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Packaging
Every artwork is packed with great care using protective materials to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Originals are wrapped and reinforced to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@phoenixartsbr.com. For lost shipments, please reach out and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
